PRODUCTION TIME?
All of our Walls are made to order so please keep that in mind if your working towards an event date.
Most of our Walls take 4 weeks to complete. If you have requested a bespoke design, this can take between 3-8 weeks to complete.
DELIVERY TIME?
Once your Wall has been made to perfection, we'll ship your order with the aim to reach you within 7-14 working days if you live within 'Mainland UK'. Other locations may take slightly longer.
We will provide you with a tracking number once your order is ready to ship.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Our FlowerWalls are non refundable so please think very carefully about your purchase before you order.
You can order 1 FlowerWall Panel as a sample before committing to a larger order.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We currently accept Credit and Debit card payments via our online store.
